Personal training is available for an additional fee to help you take your fitness to the next level. Our facility is here for anyone who wants to train, shed some weight, or simply enjoy the culture and convenience of a 24 hour gym.
When I (Craig) was 14 years old I started noticing that my heart would race when I walked into a gym. It didn’t matter if the gym was a multi million dollar facility or someone’s basement. I have a place in my heart for gyms and I will always work my hardest to have a place where anyone can come in and work toward their goals. Whether you are a bodybuilder, strongman competitor, powerlifter, fitness or figure competitor or a regular gym rat we can meet your needs. This facility was put together piece by piece. This gym was built through hard work and designed to let real people do real work and get real results. We offer 12,000 square feet of training space with everything ranging from strongman gear to cardio machines, dumbbells, free weights and plenty of benches and power racks.
